F1	As a result of Mr. Cho's ownership in Greenlaw International LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the "Fund"), and his ownership in Greenlaw International GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the general partner of the Fund which has the right to receive an allocation of a portion of the profits of the Fund, Mr. Cho may be deemed to have a partial indirect pecuniary interest in the shares of Common Stock of Destiny Media Technologies Inc. directly held by the Fund (the "Indirect Shares").
