As disclosed on Form 8-K filed June 3, 2021, Staci M. Woolsey, Chief Accounting Officer for M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"), who has been serving as the Company's principal accounting officer, gave notice that she would be resigning effective as of the close of business on June 17, 2021. As a result, Ms. Woolsey is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with her transactions in the Company's stock and therefore will no longer report such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
