F1	Pursuant to the Merger Agreement between ONEOK, Inc. and Magellan, the reporting person's award of phantom units of Magellan that was outstanding at 9/25/23 was assumed by ONEOK and converted into a restricted stock unit award. The vest date for this award was 12/31/24 and the phantom units were converted to shares of ONEOK common stock on that date. Shares were withheld to cover taxes due upon the conversion of the award.
