Steven Chang is no longer subject to Section 16 filing requirements. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue.
On October 19, 2023, the issuer's board of directors determined that the reporting person's role at the company is no longer designated as a "Section 16 Officer" role. As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of the issuer, and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
