Qing Sun is the managing member of AA Mission Acquisition Sponsor Holdco LLC and has sole voting and investment discretion with respect to the Class B Ordinary Shares held of record by the sponsor. Qing Sun disclaims any beneficial ownership of any Class B Ordinary Shares held by the sponsor except to the extent of his respective pecuniary interest therein.
