First Asset (I) General Partner Inc. is the general partner of CI PM ARIS BL LP and, as such, may be deemed to have beneficial ownership over the securities directly owned by CI PM ARIS BL LP. CI Investments Inc. is the sole owner of First Asset (I) General Partner Inc. and, as such, may be deemed to have beneficial ownership over the securities beneficially owned by First Asset (I) General Partner Inc.
