("Offshore Feeder Fund"), Luxor Wavefront, LP ("Wavefront Fund"), Luxor Capital Partners Long, LP ("Long Onshore Fund"), Luxor Capital Partners Long Offshore, Ltd. ("Long Offshore Feeder Fund"), LCG Holdings, LLC ("LCG Holdings"), Luxor Management, LLC ("Luxor Management") and Christian Leone (collectively, the "Reporting Persons").
