("HUSA") pursuant to the Share Exchange Agreement, dated February 20, 2025, by and among the HUSA, Abundia Financial LLC and the Reporting Person, as amended.
F2	This amended Form 4 is being filed to correct the amount reported in Item 5 of Table I of the Reporting Person's original Form 4, filed on July 3, 2025, to account for the 10-to-1 reverse stock split effected by HUSA on June 6, 2025.
