F2 Acquired pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of November 12, 2024 (the "Merger Agreement"), by and among the issuer, Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. II ("OTF II"), Oriole Merger Sub Inc., and, solely for the limited purposes set forth therein, Blue Owl Technology Credit Advisors LLC and Blue Owl Technology Credit Advisors II LLC in exchange for 11,027 shares of OTF II common stock. Pursuant to the Merger Agreement, each share of OTF II common stock was converted into the right to receive 0.9113 shares of the issuer's common stock. The acquisition reported in this Form 4 is an exempt transaction.
