The general partner of TRV GP IV is TRV GP IV, LLC ("TRV GP IV LLC"). Each of TRV GP IV and TRV GP IV LLC, disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein, if any, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that it is the beneficial owner of such shares.
F2	Each share of Series A Preferred Stock and Series D-1 Preferred Stock (collectively, the "Preferred Stock") is convertible into Common Stock on a one-for-0.1037 basis at the option of the holder, and will convert automatically upon closing of the Issuer's initial public offering without payment of consideration. The Preferred Stock has no expiration date.
