F1	Represents shares of common stock that were granted on December 20, 2024 (the "Additional Performance Shares") pursuant to a Restricted Stock Award Agreement entered into between the issuer and the reporting person (the "Award Agreement"). The 26,123 shares of restricted common stock (the "Restricted Shares") originally granted under the Award Agreement were included in the reporting person's common stock holdings reported on the Form 3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 1, 2023 (the "February 2023 Form 3"). As a result of achieving 125% of the target performance goals under the Award Agreement, the Additional Performance Shares were granted to the reporting person in addition to the Restricted Shares reported on the February 2023 Form 3.
F2	The original Form 4 filed on December 23, 2024 (the "December 2024 Form 4") reported the withholding of 8,552 shares of common stock (the "Withheld Shares") to cover payroll tax liability on the vesting of the Restricted Shares.
