F1 Reflects time-based conditional awards, as defined in the rules of the 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "Plan Rules"), of which, subject to the determination of the Compensation Committee of CRH plc, 3,543, 4,307, 3,087 will vest in March 2025, March 2026 and March 2027, respectively (the "Awards"). In accordance with the Plan Rules, dividend equivalents will apply to these Awards and, to the extent awarded, will be reported at the time of vesting.
