Andrew Charles Laurino is no longer subject to Section 16 filing requirements. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue.
Mr. Laurino currently serves as a Senior Managing Director of the Issuer and the Board has determined that he does not perform any policy-making functions (as defined in Rule 16a-1(f) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act")) for the Issuer. Therefore, Mr. Laurino does not meet the definition of an "officer" of the Issuer under Rule 16a-1(f) of the Exchange Act and will no longer file Section 16(a) reports.
