The S2G Food & Agriculture Funds may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the securities held directly by such entities. Each of the S2G Food & Agriculture Funds and the reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein.
