F1 On February 15, 2023, the Reporting Person's spouse disposed of 92 shares of Class B Common from her 2nd Amended and Restated Trust . However, the report filed on February 24, 2023, inadvertently reported the disposition by her Trust by gift of 23 shares of Class A Common and 69 shares of Class B Common. This amendment is being filed to correct the number and class of shares that were disposed of by the Trust in that gift.
F2 The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or for any other purpose.
