F1 This phantom unit award was granted pursuant to the CSI Compressco LP Second Amended and Restated 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan. One-third of the award vested on each of February 7, 2023 and February 7, 2024, and one-third of the award will vest on February 7, 2025.
