F1 On October 30, 2023, 131,000 shares of Class A Common stock were distributed from the reporting person's 2022 GRAT (of which she serves as trustee) to the reporting person's revocable trust (of which she serves as trustee) and continue to be reported in this Form 4 as indirectly owned, and the remaining 316,078 shares of Class A Common stock held by the 2022 GRAT continue to be so held and to be reported in this Form 4 as indirectly owned.
F2 The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or for any other purpose.
