F1 Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock, par value $0.01 per share (a "Share"), of Talos Energy Inc. (the "Issuer"). The RSUs were issued pursuant to the Talos Energy Inc. 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") and will vest ratably on each of July 1, 2024, July 1, 2025 and July 1, 2026.
F2 Each performance share unit ("PSU") represents a contingent right to receive one Share.
