F2	On May 27, 2025, M3-Brigade Sponsor V LLC completed the sale of 7,187,500 Class B ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, and 5,043,750 private placement warrants of the issuer owned by M3-Brigade Sponsor V LLC for an aggregate purchase price of $6,467,500.
