In connection with an internal reorganization on September 30, 2024, Apollo Principal Holdings IV GP, Ltd. ("Apollo Principal Holdings IV"), withdrew, and Apollo Principal Holdings B GP, LLC was admitted, as the general partner of APH Holdings (DC), L.P. Following this reorganization, Apollo Principal Holdings IV no longer has beneficial ownership of the shares of common stock held by AAA Sub Fund 2-Y, L.P., ceased to be a Reporting Person and was dissolved. The Form 4s filed on November 18, 2024 and December 23, 2024, reflecting this same administrative error, are also deemed amended.
