F1 Includes 20,000 Common Shares to be delivered in settlement of a restricted share unit award ("RSU"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Common Shares. The RSUs were granted on June 14, 2023 and vest 100% as of the date of the Issuer's next scheduled annual meeting of shareholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through the relevant vesting date.
F2 This option vests over four years from February 1, 2021, with 1/4 vesting on the first anniversary of such date, and the remainder vesting monthly in 36 equal installments, subject to continued service through each such vesting date.
