F1 Includes 31,852 Common Shares to be delivered in settlement of a restricted share unit award ("RSU"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Common Shares. The RSUs were granted on June 14, 2023 and vest 100% as of the date of the Issuer's next scheduled annual meeting of shareholders, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through the relevant vesting date.
