As noted above, the Reporting Person actually sold 38,592 shares of the issuer's common stock at $6.51 per share on August 24, 2022. The number of securities reported in Column 5 reflects the Reporting Person's direct beneficial ownership immediately following the corrected transaction as of August 24, 2022. The shares of issuer's common stock were sold solely to cover the reporting person's tax obligation arising from settlement of vested restricted stock units.
