As noted above, the Reporting Person actually sold 110,117 shares of the issuer's common stock at $5.49 per share on August 4, 2022. The number of securities reported in Column 5 reflects the Reporting Person's direct beneficial ownership immediately following the corrected transaction. The shares of issuer's common stock were sold solely to cover the reporting person's tax obligation arising from settlement of vested restricted stock units.
