On May 6, 2025, the Reporting Persons filed a Form 3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") for the Issuer under the ticker symbol LION (CIK: 0002006191), rather than under the ticker symbol LION (CIK: 0002052959), based on their beneficial ownership of the common shares of Lionsgate Studios Corp. ("New Lionsgate") (f/k/a Lionsgate Studios Holding Corp.), a different legal entity than the Issuer. The Reporting Persons subsequently filed a Form 3 with the Commission on May 7, 2025 with respect to New Lionsgate (as fully qualified by such Form 3 report). As a result, the Reporting Persons hereby file this exit filing to withdraw the Form 3 filed with the Commission on May 6, 2025 and to report that the Reporting Persons are no longer subject to Section 16 with respect to the Issuer.
