F1	Effective as of June 2, 2025, in connection with a corporate reorganization transaction, BK Canada Holdings Inc. transferred all of its shares in Crescent Private Credit Income Corp. (the "Company") to its wholly-owned subsidiary SLC Asset Management ULC. This joint filing on Form 4 is being made in order to include by amendment SLC Asset Management ULC as a joint filer along with its affiliates BK Canada Holdings Inc, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada and Sun Life Financial Inc. with respect to the Company's securities and therefore amends the Form 4 that was previously filed by BK Canada Holdings Inc., Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada and Sun Life Financial Inc. on February 14, 2025. As the parent holding company of BK Canada Holdings Inc., Sun Life Financial Inc. is deemed to have an indirect beneficial ownership interest in the shares directly owned by SLC Asset Management ULC, BK Canada Holding Inc.'s wholly-owned subsidiary.
