Lazar (the "Reporting Person") entered into a securies purchase agreement with AEI Capital Group, a third party, pursuant to which the Reporting Person sold (i) 550,000 shares of Series E Convertible Preferred Stock (the "Series E Preferred Stock") of OpGen, Inc. (the "Company") and (ii) the rights to acquire an additional 2,450,000 shares of Series E Preferred Stock for $2,450,000 pursuant to an agreement between the Reporting Person and the Company.
