F1 Adjusted ROIC Performance Stock Units granted on 02/26/2021. Payout based on 200% performance multiplier. 50% vested on 02/22/2024 and the remaining 50% vested on 01/01/2025.
F2 The Reporting Person's holdings reported in Table 1, Column 5 include: 1,433 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") granted on February 25, 2022, which vest 100% on February 25, 2025; 1,253 RSUs granted on February 24, 2023, which vest 100% on February 24, 2026; and 2,645 RSUs granted on February 22, 2024, which vest 100% on February 22, 2027.
