F1 The shares were disposed of pursuant to a merger agreement between the Issuer and McEwen Mining Inc. ("MUX") in a transaction approved by shareholders (the "Merger"), in exchange for shares of MUX at an exchange rate of 0.01 MUX share for each existing Issuer share. The opening price of MUX shares on August 19, 2024, was $9.04 per share.
F2 The warrants were converted to warrants to acquire MUX shares in connection with the Merger.
