Id Content
F1 Chatham Asset Management, LLC (the "Reporting Person") is the investment manager to certain affiliated funds (collectively, the "Chatham Funds"). Anthony Melchiorre ("Mr. Melchiorre") is the managing member of the Reporting Person. As of the date of the latest transaction reported on this Form 4, the Chatham Funds held the aggregate 1,997,954 shares of Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of Fast Acquisition Corp. (the "Company") reported herein. Pursuant to Reg. Section 240.16a-1(a)(2), the Reporting Person's and Mr. Melchiorre's beneficial ownership is limited to their pecuniary interest, if any, in such securities.
