F1	Complete Title of Security: Depositary Shares, each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a 6.375% Fixed-Rate Reset Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series C. The Depositary Shares were not convertible into the shares of Common Stock of the Issuer and did not derive any of their value from the value of the shares of Common Stock of the Issuer and, except in very limited circumstances, were not convertible or exchangeable for any other securities or property of the Issuer and Apollo Global Management, Inc. ("Apollo"), and, except in very limited circumstances, had no voting rights.
F2	These securities were redeemed by the Issuer.
F3	Such securities were previously reported as owned by James and Leslie Belardi Family Trust and had been transferred to Belardi Investments III, LLC, which transfer was exempt from Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
