F1	On August 29, 2023, shareholders of the Issuer approved a proposal to amend the Issuer's articles of association to permit holders of the Issuer's Class B ordinary shares to convert such holder's Class B ordinary shares into Class A ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis at any time and from time to time prior to the closing of an initial business combination at the election of the holder. On June 21, 2024, Blue Ocean Sponsor LLC ("Sponsor") exercised its right to convert a portion of its Class B ordinary shares into Class A ordinary shares.

As such, the Reporting Person may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the securities held directly by Sponsor.
