Behzad Aghazadeh ("Dr. Aghazadeh") serves as the portfolio manager and controlling person of Avoro Capital Advisors and Avoro Ventures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Avoro Ventures", and together with Avoro Capital Advisors and Dr. Aghazadeh, the "Reporting Persons").
