Wilks serves as a trustee of the Farris Trust and, in such capacity has voting and dispository power over the shares of Class A common stock owned by such trust, and therefore may be deemed to beneficially own such shares. Jo Ann Wilks serves as a trustee of the Farris Trust and, in such capacity has dispository power over the shares of Class A common stock owned by such trust, and therefore may be deemed to beneficially own such shares.

The Reporting Person is amending the Form 4 filed on November 3, 2022 (the "Form 4") to correct the number of shares of the Issuer's Class A common stock reported as being indirectly owned by the Reporting Person through the Farris Trust to include 400 shares that were inadvertently omitted from the Form 4.
