F1	On December 16, 2022, MariaDB plc, an Irish public limited company (formerly named Mangomill plc, the "Issuer") announced the completion of the business combination between Angel Pond Holdings Corporation, a Cayman Islands exempted company ("APHC") and MariaDB Corporation Ab, a Finnish private limited liability company ("MariaDB") with and into the Issuer, with Issuer continuing as the surviving corporation (the "Business Combination"), pursuant to a business combination agreement, dated as of January 31, 2022, by and among the Issuer, APHC, MariaDB, and Meridian MergerSub Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company and wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer (the "Merger Agreement").
