F1 Pursuant to a reorganization, on November 30, 2022: (i) A&Z 2015 Business Holdings LP ("A&Z Holdings") contributed its shares of Class A Common Stock to two newly-formed, wholly-owned subsidiary limited partnerships; and (ii) A&Z Holdings and A&Z 2015 Business Management LLC ("A&Z Management"), a co-general partner of A&Z Holdings, liquidated and distributed their interests in the new subsidiaries to their partners.
