F1 On August 15, 2022, BlackRock Direct Lending Corp., a Delaware corporation (the "Issuer") issued 2,862,781.9274 of its shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share to The Public Institution for Social Security ("PIFSS") in connection with a mandatory capital call made by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement previously entered into between PIFSS and the Issuer.
