Mr. Guy Levy resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of BioAtla, Inc. (the "Issuer") effective June 16, 2022. As a result, Mr. Levy is no longer subject to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of the Issuer and therefore will no longer report any such transactions by him or by any of the entities with respect to which he directly or indirectly holds voting or dispositive control over the equity securities of the Issuer held by such entities, including, without limitation, Soleus Capital Master Fund, L.P., Soleus Private Equity Fund I, L.P. and Soleus BA SPV, LLC, on Form 4 or Form 5.
