F1	Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock upon vesting.
F2	The RSUs vest in equal quarterly installments over one year from the date of grant, subject to the Reporting Person being a service provider through each such date. The RSUs do not expire.
F3	Represents shares of the Issuer's common stock held directly by BCIP Venture Associates ("BCIP Venture"), BCIP Venture Associates-B ("BCIP Venture-B"), BCIP Venture Associates II, L.P. ("BCIP Venture II"), BCIP Venture Associates II-B, L.P. ("BCIP Venture II-B"), Bain Capital Venture Fund 2014, L.P. ("BCV Fund 2014") and Bain Capital Venture Coinvestment Fund, L.P.
