F1 On November 3, 2021, upon the consummation of the business combination between Reinvent Technology Partners Y (the former name of the Issuer) and Aurora Innovation Holdings, Inc. (formerly Aurora Innovation, Inc.) ("Legacy Aurora"), each outstanding share of Legacy Aurora common stock was cancelled and converted into approximately 2.1708 shares of Class A common stock of the Issuer.
F2 Represents restricted stock units ("RSU"), each RSU representing the right to receive one share of Class A common stock of the Issuer, which will be fully time-vested on August 20, 2025. 1/4 of RSUs cliff vest on August 20, 2022, and thereafter, the remainder of the shares will time vest quarterly for the remaining 12 quarters.
