The Reporting Person indirectly owns membership interests in Berenson SPAC Holdings I, LLC (the "Sponsor"), which directly owns shares of Class B common stock of Berenson Acquisition Corp. I (the "Issuer") and, as a result thereof, the Reporting Person holds an indirect economic interest in the Sponsor and an indirect pecuniary interest in certain of the securities held by the Sponsor.
