Deerfield Partners, L.P., ARCH Venture Fund XI, L.P. and Section 32 Fund 3, LP are the managing members of the Reporting Person, and share voting and investment discretion with respect to the common stock held of record by the Reporting Person. Each of the foregoing entities disclaim beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.
F2 The Reporting Person purchased 650,000 private placement shares of the Issuer directly from the Issuer for $10.00 per share, concurrently with the Issuer's initial public offering.
