F1 This Form 3 is filed by Fastball Holdco, L.P. and Fastball Holdco GP, LLC in connection with the initial public offering of First Advantage Corporation (the "Issuer"). Fastball Holdco, L.P. currently holds all of the shares of common stock of the Issuer. In connection with the closing of the initial public offering of the Issuer, Fastball Holdco, L.P. will distribute shares of common stock to its partners and any shares of common stock not so distributed will be remitted to the Issuer.

The Reporting Persons are jointly filing this Form 3 pursuant to Rule 16a-3(j) under the Exchange Act.
