The Reporting Person is a Managing Director of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. ("OCM"), an investment adviser registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended. OCM serves as investment adviser to certain upstream investments funds that indirectly own the equity of OCM Opps GTM Holdings, LLC ("Holdings"), which itself owns common stock of the issuer.
