F1 On the date hereof, Mr. Yu owns 203.255 Common Units of limited liability company interests (the "Common Units") of Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit II LLC (the "Company"), after taking into account the final allocation of units as part of a prior capital call, which number was estimated and reported on a prior filing. In addition, on August 6, 2021, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Yu is obligated to make a capital contribution of $3,200 on August 13, 2021 out of his $40,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 33.18 Common Units to Mr. Yu, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
