Effective August 1, 2024, the reporting person transitioned from VP, Chief Accounting Officer of Carlisle Companies Incorporated to Chief Financial Officer for Carlisle Construction Materials. As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with her transactions in the equity securities of Carlisle Companies Incorporated and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
