F1 The reporting person's Form 4, filed on March 12, 2024, reported that 232 shares were withheld in order to satisfy minimum tax withholding obligations in connection with shares that vested under the Company's Management Stock Purchase Plan on March 8, 2024. Due to a clerical error, withholding obligations were calculated incorrectly and no shares were required to be withheld. As a result, the prior filing erroneously under reported the number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person. This Form 4 corrects such error, including by increasing the total amount of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person by 232 shares.
