F1	266,804 shares previously held by the Lise Wilks 2020 Grantor Trust ("2020 Trust") were distributed from the 2020 Trust to a trust, of which the reporting person's spouse is sole trustee and beneficiary and which trust is a beneficiary of the 2020 Trust, in an exempt transaction under Rule 16a-13. This trust then immediately contributed these 266,804 shares to the Lise Wilks 2021 GST Trust, for which the reporting person serves as trustee, for no consideration.
