The applicable performance goal has been satisfied by New Jersey Resources Corporation (NJR) and certified by the Leadership Development and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (LDCC). Each PBRSU and dividend equivalent converts into one share of NJR Common Stock upon vesting.
