Remarks:

On 01/29/24 the reporting person filed a form 4 which inadvertently reported the vesting of 81, 17 & 35 restricted stock shares as purchases. Vesting shares should not have a separate line item. An amended form 4 was filed on 03/11/24 to add back 26 shares that had been mistakenly removed in 2017 & 2018. The mistake was realized on 03/08/24. An instruction letter was sent to Broadridge requesting correction. When the amended form 4 was done on 031124, the line-item total was reported incorrectly. The amended form 4 will be filed w/ a line item of 6,261.8157 (456 restricted, 805.8157 regular & 5,000 retention restricted stock).
